Writing out your Journey

Oftentimes, we do not want to talk about how we feel. Another way to express those emotions is through a journal. 

We are big believers in gratitude! Gratitude helps us focus on the positives. This Daily Reflection Journal, helps you begin the gratitude journey with three entries a day for an entire year!

Don't have a journal, that's alright. You can always use printables like this one and fill in the blanks. 

Sometimes with everything that is going on our anxiety can get the best of us and we need to reframe our thoughts and feelings. Try focusing on some positive key words and put the pen to paper.

We should be checking in with ourselves daily to make sure we are doing things to keep us balanced. And even if you don't have time to do the entire list you create, make sure to at least do at least one thing for ourselves daily.  

Working on getting my kiddo to start journaling. Bought this recently for her or us to do together. It is a combination of activities and short writing prompts.

Write down a list of things that make you happy, big to small - easy to difficult. Reference this list when you need a happiness boost.
