Juices + Smoothies

Meals you can drink!  

Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Serves 2 


Ingredients

2 bananas 

2 cups Ice

2 scoops DoTerra Chocolate Protein Powder (or powder of choice) 

1-1 1/2 cups Libbys canned pumpkin

1 1/2 cups Macadamia nut milk (milk of choice)  

1 tbsp. pumpkin spice


Preparation

Add all ingredients to blender and blend away

We add a little more pumpkin spice to the top

Blueberry Collagen Smoothie

Serves - 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or hemp milk, rice milk, or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.

  • 2 cups kale removed from stem
  • 2 large stalks of celery chopped
  • ½ cucumber chopped
  • ⅓ grapefruit
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.

Turmeric Cooler Juice

Serves - 1


Ingredients

  • 2 chunks fresh turmeric
  • 1 bunch greens (kale, lettuce, or spinach)
  • 3 whole carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 or 1 lemon (your preference)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 medium granny smith apple
  • 1/4 pineapple, diced 

Instructions

  • Wash vegetables and fruit thoroughly
  • Juice all ingredients in juicer or blender 

(if you do use the blender simply strain after)

Date + Kale Smoothie

Turmeric Cooler Juice

Turmeric Cooler Juice

Serves - 1


Ingredients

  • 4 cups kale
  • 6 dates, pitted 
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tsps. Ziggy Marley Coco'Mon Coconut oil, or coconut oil of choice  
  • Handful of ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop/serving vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  • Wash and remove ribs from kale.
  • Combine all ingredients in high-powered blender
  • Blend & enjoy
